Craig L. Lebish, MD, FAAP, MD, FAAP

Dr. Lebish received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington and his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse. He then returned to the Indiana University Medical Center to complete his internship and residency.  

Dr. Lebish is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and also an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. His special interests are sports medicine and general pediatric medicine. While away from the office, Dr. Lebish enjoys spending time with his family and their dog, Snickers.
